Svyatopolk's Sword 'Prawda'

The magic icy sword, Prawda (Truth in Polish), that the Cappadocian ancient, Svyatopolk, created with his mastery of necromancy so he could assert his authority. Prawda is not a kind blade, as it freezes the body it hits and drains the very spirit of its victim— killing them quickly.

The sword appears in an online Vampire Dark Ages game I play in; Svyatopolk is the Sire of Kazimiera. I had come up with an 8th level necromancy ritual to justify its existence and give it actual ingame properties.
